Talgat Nurgaziev - the General director of International Auditor Company UHY "SAPA-CONSULTING" and UHY «Valuation Center" SAPA-EXPERTISE ".

Was born 1st of January, 1963, in Atyrau area.

In April, 22, 1993 Talgat Nurgaziev graduated from «Almaty institute of a national economy»

In 1981 he began his labour activity in Almaty cotton combine where he has passed a long career way from transporter to the engineer in foreign economic relations.

In 1987 actively participated in a public life of Almaty, being the deputy of Alatausky area.

1993 passes to work to the International Association «the World through culture» on a post of the chief executive, and since 1993 runs the company as the general director of Association.

After reception of the certificate of competency of "Auditor" since 1996 to 2000 Talgat Nurgaziev was the assistant to the general director of the Company «Zhaskanat - Audit».

From February, 2000 Having behind his shoulders experience of organising and auditor work, mister Nurgaziev establish the auditor company «Sapa – Consulting». Presiding one of the largest Kazakhstan auditor companies, he has proved that he is skilful and initiative head. Has generated amicable and highly professional collective in with three Cand.Econ.Sci. five certificated auditors, twenty six leading experts, skilled valuators and lawyers.

Talgat Nurgaziev has termless licences - on employment of auditor activity, on a property Valuation, on management of property and affairs of insolvent debtors in bankruptcy procedures, and the Certificate with the right of manufacture of judicial examination on a speciality judicial-expert research of economic operations; judicial-expert financially-credit research.

During activity of the company branches were opened in Astana, Aktobe, Atyrau, Uralsk and Shymkent.

Having rich practical experience was published in economic magazines and newspapers.

Mister Nurgaziev is the skilled economist and the highly professional auditor, has managed at highly effective level to organise work of the auditor company headed by him therefore in 2004 was awarded with the Diploma as a winner of 2nd Republican competition «GROSSBUH 2004» - «the BEST AUDITOR of the YEAR».

In February, 24th, 2005 Talgat Nurgaziev was awarded a breastplate by the Council of Chamber of auditors of the Republic for the big contribution to development of auditor activity in the Republic of Kazakhstans
On May, 18th, 2007 Nurgaziev Talgat Elubaevich was awarded MEDAL «by the INTERNATIONAL AWARD in Information NAMED AFTER ACADEMICIAN I.Izushin in the General Consultative state of the United Nations Organization
